THE ASSOCIATION IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
