GENERAL OPERATIONS OF SHELTER TO SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION. THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING SHELTER, CRISIS INTERVENTION AND OTHER SUPPORTING SERVICES.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM SERVICES - PROVIDE SAFE SHELTER TO ADULTS, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN A 33 BED SHELTER FACILITY. PROVIDES COUNSELING AND ADVOCACY TO INDIVIDUALS. A 24 HOUR HOTLINE IS RUN FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WHERE INDIVIDUALS ARE INSTRUCTED OF WHERE TO GO OR WHAT TO DO TO STAY SAFE.
CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE - PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE A VICTIM OF CRIME BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER, COUNSELING OR HELP ON THE 24 HOUR HOTLINE FOR A CRISIS.
SEXUAL ASSAULT VICTIM SERVICES - PROVIDE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, THERAPY AND ADVOCACY TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. PREVENTION PRESENTATIONS ARE ALSO DONE TO EDUCATE CITIZENS OF THE AREA.
