NORTHLAND VILLAGE PROVIDED SUBSIDIZED HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WITH AN AVERAGE OCCUPANCY RATE OF 88%. NORTHLAND VILLAGE IS CONTINUING TO REMODEL APARTMENTS ALLOWING THEM TO BE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. BESIDES HOUSING, NORTHLAND VILLAGE OFFERS SERVICES OF A SERVICE COORDINATOR WHO ASSISTS RESIDENTS BY PROVIDING ASSESSMENTS OF THEIR NEEDS FOR COMMUNITY, FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL NEEDS. OTHER SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE VAN TRANSPORTATION, YEARLY FLU SHOTS, BEAUTY SHOP SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.
