SUBLET RENT: PROVIDING REHEARSAL SPACE TO OTHER DANCE GROUPS BRINGS GROWTH TO THE DANCE COMMUNITY AND INDIVIDUAL DANCERS. EXPENSES ARE A COMBINATION OF MANAGERIAL PAY AND FACILITY UPKEEP. REVENUE IS PROCEEDS FROM SUBLETTING TO OTHER DANCE GROUPS.
