BIG BROTHERS & BIG SISTERS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY PROVIDED 136 MATCHES BETWEEN CHILDREN AND MENTORS DURING 2021 WITH A GOAL OF PROVIDING 130 MATCHES DURING 2021. WE ALSO PROVIDED 157 VOLUNTEERS WITH PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TRAINING AND SUPPORT DURING 2021 WITH A GOAL OF PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO 150 VOLUNTEERS IN 2021. PROJECTIONS FOR 2022 ARE ANTICIPATED TO INCREASE FOR YOUTH SERVED AND VOLUNTEERS RECRUITED AS MORE PEOPLE ARE REACHING OUT DUE TO THE COVID-19 VACCINE AND THE RETURN TO NORMALCY.
