ALCOHOL AND DRUG ASSESSMENTS ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE THAT INIVIDUALS SUFFERING FROM PROBLEMS STEMMING FROM ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG ABUSE ARE REFERRED TO APPROPRIATE TREATMENT PROVIDERS AND PROVIDED WITH SUPPORT SERVICES.


TOBBACO FREE COALITION WORKING TO EDUCATE ABOUT THE HAZARDS OF TOBACCO USE AND SECOND-HAND SMOKE, PROMOTE CESSATION, AND SUPPORT YOUTH IN CHOOSING A TOBACCO-FREE LIFE.


COMMUNITY EDUCATION & PREVENTION SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: TOO GOOD FOR DRUGS, KEEP A CLEAR MIND, PREVENTION, RESOURCE LIBRARY, CLEARINGHOUSE FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE RESOURCES, SPEAKERS BUREAU
