PHMG FULFILLS ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE BY PROVIDING CARE AND SERVICES TO ALL PATIENTS REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE OR ABILITY TO PAY. PHMG PROVIDED 521,390 VISITS (CLINIC, URGENT CARE, AND VIRTUAL VISITS) AS WELL AS 12,782 IMAGING PROCEDURES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021.
