THE AFT-WISCONSIN SOLIDARITY FUND IS A $0.60 PER MEMBER PER MONTH CONTRIBUTION. THESE CONTRIBUTIONS ARE USED FOR COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS REGARDING LEGISLATION AND ELECTORAL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATING WITH THE PUBLIC IN ADVOCACY OF AFT-WISCONSIN MEMBERSHIP. CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE AFT-WISCONSIN SOLIDARITY FUND MAY NOT BE MADE TO CAMPAIGN OR CANDIDATE COMMITTEES.
THE 2021 CONVENTION IS THE BIENNIAL MEETING OF LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS, AUTHORIZATION OF THE PROPOSED FEDERATION BUDGET, AND DIRECTING THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS.
