THE WISCONSIN STATE EMPLOYEES UNION PROMOTES AND ASSISTS AFSCME LOCALS AND THEIR MEMBERS BY FIELD REPRESENTATION, CONTRACT NEGOTIATION, ARBITRATION AND LEGAL SERVICES, AN ANNUAL CONVENTION, EDUCATION, AND A MONTHLY NEWSPAPER. THE WISCONSIN STATE EMPLOYEES UNION SERVED APPROXIMATELY 2,750 MEMBERS UP TO MAY 31, 2015. COUNCIL 24 NO LONGER HAS MEMBERS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2015.
