ORGANIZED AN ANNUAL CONVENTION AND PROCESSING CROPS CONFERENCE, WHICH FEATURED 27 SPEAKERS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS CONCERNING VEGETABLE PRODUCTION, FOOD SAFETY, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, REGULATORY, ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE, AND HUMAN RESOURCE TOPICS. THE CONVENTION WAS ATTENDED BY 750 FOOD INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES AND 92 COMPANIES EXHIBITED THEIR PRODUCTS.
ORGANIZED AN ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION SEMINAR WITH TWO PRESENTERS AND 48 ATTENDEES, A SANITATION SEMINAR WITH 7 PRESENTERS AND 62 ATTENDEES, A JOINT ENVIRONMENTAL MEETING WITH THE WI DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND WI CHEESE MAKERS ASSOCIATION WITH 7 PRESENTATIONS AND 70 ATTENDEES, A TWODAY OSHA 10HOUR TRAINING WITH THE MAXIMUM 40 PARTICIPANTS, AND A SERIES OF 5 EDUCATIONAL WEBINARS COVERING TOPICS SUCH AS CYBER SECURITY, LOGISTICS, AND WATER CONSERVATION.
