ORGANIZED AN ANNUAL CONVENTION AND PROCESSING CROPS CONFERENCE, WHICH FEATURED 27 SPEAKERS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS CONCERNING VEGETABLE PRODUCTION, FOOD SAFETY, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, REGULATORY, ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE, AND HUMAN RESOURCE TOPICS. THE CONVENTION WAS ATTENDED BY 850 FOOD INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES AND 115 COMPANIES EXHIBITED THEIR PRODUCTS.
ORGANIZED A SAFETY SEMINAR WITH 4 PRESENTERS AND 63 ATTENDEES, TWO TWO-DAY OSHA 10-HOUR TRAININGS WITH THE MAXIMUM 40 ATTENDEES AT THE FIRST AND 37 AT THE SECOND, A JOINT ENVIRONMENTAL MEETING WITH THE WI DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND WI CHEESE MAKERS ASSOCIATION WITH 13 PRESENTERS AND 78 ATTENDEES, AN ENERGY MANAGEMENT WITH 7 PRESENTERS AND 25 ATTENDEES, AND A SANITATION SEMINAR WITH 8 PRESENTERS AND 70 ATTENDEES.
