RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF EDUCATION, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, ART AND CULTURE, HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, AND CIVIC AFFAIRS.
