WE PROVIDE AND ENFORCE NEW AND CONTINUING CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING REQUIREMENTS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE BYLAWS OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. WE ALSO PROVIDE CLASSES FOR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, LEGAL COURSES, REALTOR SAFETY, AND CLASSES FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT LOANS, VA LOANS, AND OTHER MEANS OF FINANCING REAL ESTATE PURCHASES.
WE PROVIDE AN UPDATED WEBSITE FOR MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES TO BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER OF REAL ESTATE, AND TRAINING FOR BOTH NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS ON ITS USE. INFORMATION ON A NATIONAL DISPUTE SETTLEMENT CENTER IS PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE AS WELL AS ON FACEBOOK. OUR MEMBERS ARE ALSO ENCOURAGED TO TAKE PART IN COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT ENHANCE HOME OWNERSHIP VALUES.
