IN 2019 PARK COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (PCCF) BECAME PARK COUNTY CANCER ALLIANCE'S (PCCA) FISCAL SPONSOR. IN MARCH OF 2023 PCCA HAD GROWN ENOGUH TO BECOME ITS OWN 501(C)(3).SINCE 2019 PCCA HAS GIFTED OVER 65,106 TO 56 FINANCIAL GRANT RECEIPIENTS. IN 2023 WE GIFTED 15,450 TO 11 GRANT RECEIPIENTS. PCCA OFFERS WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR LOVED ONES. PCCA ALSO OFFERS TWICE A MONTH EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GROUPS FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY CANCER IN OUR COMMUNITY. OUR GOAL FOR 2024 IS TO BE ABLE TO OFFER MORE ONE ON ONE COUNSELING BY A LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER. OUR FUNDRAISING IN 2023 REACHED AN ALL TIME HIGH WITH THE GENEROUS DONATIONS DURING PCCF'S ANNUAL GIVE-A-HOOT FUNDRAISER. THE LIVINGSTON ROUND UP ASSOCIATION DONATED OVER 20,000 TO PCCA THROUGH GIVE-A-HOOT IN 2023. THIS ALLOWS US TO INCREASE OUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVDUALS. WE INCREASED OUR COMMUNITY PRESENCE WITH A QUILT RAFFLE LAUNCHED AT THE LIVINGSTON DOWNTOWN SUMMERFEST. WE CONTINUED THIS THROUGH LIVINGSTON HEALTH CARE'S FALL FESTIVAL AND THE CHRISTMAS STROLL. WE WERE ABLE TO FUND OUR MINDFUL YOGA PROGRAM IN 2023 DUE TO A GRANT WE RECEIVED FROM COMMUNITY CLOSET. A&B WEST FOUNDATION FUNDED OUR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GROUP AND ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING EXPENSES IN 2023. IN 2024 WE HOPE TO GIVE 15 1,500 GRANTS TO LOCAL CANCER PATIENTS, MAINTAIN OUR WEEKLY MINDFUL YOGA CLASSES, AND CONTINUE A TWICE A MONTH EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GROUP FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR LOVED ONES.
