WE OFFER REFERRALS, RESOURCES, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND A HAND UP FOR THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING. HARBOR HOUSE OFFERS REFERRALS, RESOURCES, CASE MANAGEMENT, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, AND A MEAL PROGRAM. IT IS THEIR GOAL TO HELP ALL PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY FIND HOPE, GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND A SENSE OF PERSONAL WELL BEING.
PI HOUSE OFFERS HOUSING TO MEN WHO AGE OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. IT PROVIDES A STABLE ENVIRONMENT IN ORDER TO INTEGRATE THESE YOUNG ADULTS INTO SOCIETY AS PRODUCTIVE, EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS.
