MENTORSHIP DISCIPLESHIP THE ORGANIZATION PAIRS STUDENTS WITH INIDIVIDUAL MENTORS TO ACT AS POSITIVE SUPPORTS AND HELP THEM WORK TOWARDS THEIR GOALS. THE STUDENTS WILL ALSO RECEIVE SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE AND TEACHING THROUGH DISCIPLESHIP TO HELP THEM NAVIGATE THE WORLD AND THEIR FUTURE.
JOB TRAINING PURPOSE THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN REAL WORLD JOB SKILLS, TRAINING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. SUCH JOB TRAINING INCLUDES THE COFFEE PROGRAM WHERE STUDENTS ARE PROVIDED EMPLOYEMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO PROCESS, FULFILL AND PACKAGE COFFEE ORDERS.
