THE ORGANIZATION'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: OVERALL SUPPORT FOR ALL EAIM INITIATIVES AND ASSURE BUSINESS PLANS ARE SUSTAINABLE AND TO CONTINUE THE GROWTH OF THE ORGANIZATION. PROVIDED LOGISTICAL HELP WITH THE EDGEWATER ART FAIR, INCLUDING SHARED MANAGEMENT OF THE FAIR, ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUDGETARY DUTIES FOR ALL EAIM ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS MEMBERSHIP, SPONSOR RECRUITMENT, GRANT WRITING AND OVERARCHING EAIM BUSINESS ALLIANCE. EAIM WORKED CLOSELY WITH THE EDGEWATER DEVELOPMENT CORP AND THE WARD ALDERMAN.
