THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING TWO RESIDENCES KNOWN AS SPRINGHILL HOUSING I LOCATED IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
