REVITALIZATION - IDENTIFIES AND DOCUMENTS THE RESOURCES THAT COMPRISE THE HERITAGE AREA TO INCREASE REVITALIZATION OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE REGION. SUPPORTS PRESERVATION EFFORTS OF AUTO AND LABOR RELATED HISTORIC PLACES AND RESOURCES THROUGHOUT THE REGION.
