IT ALSO INCLUDES THE OPERATION OR FUNDING OF CLINICS, HOSPITALS, AND OTHER HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS; IMPROVEMENT, REHABILITATION AND RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING HEALTH CARE INFRASTRUCTURE; AND THE PROVISION OF MEDICINES, MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO HEALTH CARE FACILITIES.
