TO MONITOR AND COORDINATE HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED, AGED AND DISENFRANCHISED, PLAN AND ORGANIZE DEVELOPMENT OF APPROPRIATE SERVICES WHERE NEEDED, AND TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND CONSULTATION WHEN NECESSARY.

THE AGENCY CURRENTLY PROVIDES SERVICES TO SEVEN ORGANIZATIONS IN THREE STATES. SERVICES INCLUDE CONSUMER ADVOCACY, ACCREDITATION, EVALUATION AND PREPARATION, CLINICAL NURSING SERVICES AND OVERSIGHT, FISCAL MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING CONTRACTUAL, FEDERAL AND STATE REPORTING, HUMAN SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND ADVISEMENT, R.F.P PREPARATION, STRATEGIC PLANNING, QUALITY ASSURANCE, AND NEW SERVICE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING SITE SELECTION AND START-UP FUNDING. ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE STATE AND FEDERAL COMPLIANCE OVERSIGHT, MARKETING, DEVELOPMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MAINTENANCE AND BARRIER-FREE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION.


THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WITH HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN THEIR RESPECTIVE HOMES AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS WITH VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND DAY SERVICES IN A COMMUNITY BASED SETTING INCLUDING PARTICIPATING IN THE MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
