YOUTH-TO-YOUTH PROGRAMS - THESE PROGRAMS HAVE THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING APPRENTICES IN ORGANIZING AND INDUSTRY PROMOTIONAL SKILLS. IT OFFERS APPRENTICES INSTRUCTION IN LABOR UNION HISTORY, THEORY AND METHODOLOGY, INCLUDING PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZING TECHNIQUES.
