CATHERINE MCAULEY HEALTH SERVICES CORPORATION (CMHSC) IS A MEMBER OF TRINITY HEALTH MEDICAL GROUP IN ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN. CMHSC DOES BUSINESS AS THE ANN ARBOR SPINE CENTER AND AS THE MICHIGAN BRAIN AND SPINE INSTITUTE. RECOGNIZING THE NATIONAL TREND TOWARD A SPINE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE APPROACH FOR THE TREATMENT OF BACK AND NECK PAIN, MICHIGAN BRAIN & SPINE CREATED ANN ARBOR SPINE CENTER. THE GOAL OF ANN ARBOR SPINE CENTER IS TO IMPROVE THE CARE OF BACK AND NECK PAIN WITH A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH THAT EMPHASIZES THE BEST POSSIBLE TREATMENT OPTIONS. WHERE POSSIBLE, EMPHASIS IS ON NON-SURGICAL TREATMENT OPTIONS IN ADVANCE OF SPINE SURGERY.
