THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE AMBULANCE SERVICES TO TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. THEY ALSO PROVIDED MEDICAL DIRECTION AND TRANSPORTATION SUCH AS MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE UNITS, TRANSPORTING CRITICALLY ILL PATIENTS, AND NON-EMERGENCY VAN SERVICE. THE ORGANIZATION SOLD ALL THEIR ASSETS IN DECEMBER 2020 CEASING ALL EMERGENT AND NON-EMERGENT OPERATIONS AT THAT TIME.
