CHILD EDUCATION -PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME PRESCHOOL CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION, HEALTH, NUTRITION, AND PARENT INVOLVEMENT. TOTAL CHILDREN RECEIVING SERVICES IS 1,078.
