TO ATTEMPT, THROUGH EDUCTAIONAL MEANS, TO OBTAIN PROPER LEGISLATION HELPFUL TO THE DAIRY INDUSTRY, THE EFFICIENT MARKETING OF MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS, THE ERADICATION OF CATTLE DISEASES AND ANY OTHER MATTERS WHICH MAY AFFECT DAIRY FARMING WITH HOLSTEIN-FRIESIAN CATTLE.
