STATE OFFICE OF FRATERNAL ORDER THAT OVERSEES THE SUBORDINATE COUNCILS AND ASSEMBLIES OF THE MICHIGAN JURISDICTION. THE COUNCIL RECEIVES DUES AND ASSESSMENTS FROM THE MEMBER COUNCILS FOR OPERATIONS. STATEWIDE MEMBER FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES ARE COORDINATED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR VARIOUS CHARITIES.
