THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTED PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE ARTS THROUGH FREE EXHIBITIONS AND PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY EVENTS RELATED TO THE ARTS. THEY ALSO PROVIDED TECHNICAL AND ARTISTIC SERVICES TO ASPIRING ARTISTS WITH A FORUM TO EXHIBIT, PROMOTE, AND SELL THEIR WORK.
