TO PROVIDE ANNUAL CONVENTION, DIRECTOR MEETINGS, SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES TO THE 97 PARTICIPATING SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.


TO PROVIDE HEALTH, LIFE, AND WORKMANS COMPEMSATION INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR THE 97 PARTICIPATING SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
