SUBMITTERS HAVE TO CREATE AN ONLINE VIDEO OF THEMSELVES STATING THAT THEY CERTIFY THEY ARE REAL HUMANS AND ARENT REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM. DURING A PERIOD OF 3 DAYS, PROFILES CAN BE CHALLENGED IF THEY DO NOT MEET THE REQUIRED CRITERIA AND GET SENT TO AN ARBITRATION SYSTEM THAT WILL ULTIMATELY DECIDE THE VALIDITY OF HUMAN IDENTITIES.
