THE PLANTORY HELPS GROW LOCAL NONPROFITS AND COMMUNITY MINDED BUSINESSES INTO A SUSTAINABLE, CONNECTED ECONOMIC SECTOR IN LEXINGTON KY. WE DO THIS BY HOSTING AN INNOVATIVE & ENERGIZING COWORKING HUB THAT FOSTERS COLLABORATION & NURTURES GROWTH FOR BUSINESSES AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

OUR PRIMARY PROGRAM IS PROVIDING SERVICES, CONNECTIONS, AND TRAININGS TO STRENGTHEN, SUPPORT, AND GROW THE CAPACITY OF NON PROFITS IN OUR COMMUNITY


THE AMERICORP VISTA PROGRAM IS OUR LARGEST PROGRAM AND PROVIDES A FULL TIME POSITION TO NONPROFITS AT LITTLE COST AND ALLOWS THEM TO BUILD CAPACITY


OUR GET ON BOARD PROGRAM PROVIDES NONPROFIT BOARD TRAINING TO MINORITIES AND THEN WORKS TO PLACE THE PROGRAM GRADUATES ON LOCAL NONPROFIT BOARDS. THIS ALLOWS NONPROFITS TO DIVESIFY THEIR BOARDS TO BETTER SERVE THE COMMUNITY.
