AT DECEMBER 31, 2022, LAND, BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT HAVE A BASIS OF $227,885; AND ACCUMULATED DEPRECIATION OF $67,831. THE ORGANIZATION ENCOURAGES GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE GREATER WILKES-BARRE AREA AND WILL CONTINUE TO SEARCH FOR NEW PROJECTS AND SOURCES OF FUNDING FROM FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN ORDER TO KEEP ENCOURAGING THIS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
