THE VISION WAS TO OPEN A DAYTIME DROP-IN CENTER FOR THE HOMELESS POPULATION WHO USE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT PROGRAMS BUT HAVE FEW PLACES TO GO DURING THE DAY.
