BRING HOUSES UP TO CURRENT BUILDING CODE STANDARDS; ENSURE SAFE PROPERTY-SPECIFIC WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS (WELL/SEPTIC); INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY; UPDATE INTERIOR FINISHES AND REDESIGN INTERIORS AS FEASIBLE TO CREATE SAFE, CONTEMPORARY HOMES; BUILD NEW HOMES AS NECESSARY.
