IN PURSUIT OF ITS MISSION TO SUPPORT THE HARRISBURG MEDICAL CENTER AND MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES, THE FOUNDATION HOLDS A VARIETY OF EVENTS AND FUNDRAISERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE HOSPITAL DIRECTLY, AND FURTHERING THE HOSPITAL'S GOALS OF INCREASED COMMUNITY HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND AWARENESS. PROVIDING PROGRESSIVE EQUIPMENT, OFFERING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STAFF, PATIENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY, BUILDING ENDOWMENTS THAT SUPPORT SPECIAL PROGRAMS WITHIN OUR HOSPITAL AND COMMUNITY ARE SOME OF THE HARRISBURG MEDICAL CENTER NEEDS FOR WHICH THE FOUNDATION SOLICITS FUNDS.
