IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE COST OF TUTORING. WITHIN THE LAST TWO ACADEMIC SEMESTERS, THE AVERAGE GPA OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE 4-H HOUSE HAS RISEN SUBSTANTIALLY IN COMPARISON TO PEER GROUPS ON THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS CAMPUS.
