HANCOCK COUNTY SENIOR AND CHILDCARE SERVICES, LOCATED IN CARTHAGE, IL, HAS BEEN SERVING THOSE IN NEED WITH CARE AND COMPASSION FOR MANY YEARS. TODAY WE CARRY ON THE TRADITION OF PROVIDING ATTENTIVE, QUALITY CARE FOR ADULTS IN A WELCOMING, WARM AND HOME-LIKE ATMOSPHERE. WE MAINTAIN OUR PHILOSOPHY OF ENHANCING QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE ENTRUSTED IN OUR CARE. IN 2023, WILLOW GROVE, A CHILDCARE & LEARNING CENTER, WAS ADDED TO HELP WITH THE GROWING NEED OF CHILDCARE SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY.HANCOCK VILLAGE FEATURES THREE COMMUNITIES: HICKORY GROVE, A SUPPORTIVE LIVING COMMUNITY, AND MAPLE GROVE, A MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY, BOTH LOCATED ON THE SAME BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS IN A FRIENDLY, RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. STATEMENT CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.WILLOW GROVE, A CHILDCARE & LEARNING CENTER, IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR THE CENTER OF TOWN BY THE PRIMARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL. HICKORY GROVE APARTMENTS ARE BACKED BY THE AFFORDABLE ASSISTED LIVING COALITION AND OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED HELP PAYING RENT. ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVE MEDICAID OR MEET MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.MAPLE GROVE MEMORY CARE HOMES ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MEMORY IMPAIRMENTS. THE SMALL HOMELIKE SETTINGS FOSTER A SOCIAL COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT, ALLOWING THE TENANTS TO BE MORE RELAXED AND ENGAGED IN FAMILIAR AND COMFORTABLE SURROUNDINGS WHICH REMIND THEM OF HOME. THIS GIVES THE TENANTS' FAMILIES PEACE OF MIND, KNOWING OUR HOMES ARE SAFE AND SECURE. ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVE MEDICAID OR MEET MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. WILLOW GROVE CHILDCARE & LEARNING CENTER IS LICENSED BY THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES. THE CENTER PROVIDES A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, WHERE THEY CAN GROW AND LEARN SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SKILLS. IT OFFERS AGE-APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES AND FOSTERS LIFELONG LEARNING IN CHILDREN ALL WHILE PROVIDING WORKING PATIENTS WITH PEACE OF MIND.
