HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAMS ARE AN EMPHASIS OF THE ORGANIZATION. WE HOLD PROGRAMS THAT CREATE AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF SAFE LIFESTYLES AND UTILIZING SAFE PRACTICES WHILE ON THE FARM. WHETHER THEY ARE YOUNG OR OLD, FROM THE FARM OR NOT, THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE WITH THESE PROGRAMS.
THE FARM BUREAU'S AGRICULTURAL LITERACY GOALS ARE TO INFORM AND EDUCATE OUR COMMUNITY ABOUT THE FOOD AND FIBER INDUSTRY, THE FARM BUREAU'S ROLE IN THE INDUSTRY, AND THE PROCESSES INVOLVED IN FOOD PRODUCTION SO THAT THEY MIGHT BE BETTER DECISION MAKERS AND CONSUMERS.
