THE VEBA TRUST WAS CREATED TO HELP PAY CURRENT RETIREES' MEDICAL COSTS, DENTAL CLAIMS, AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. THE AMOUNT OF EXPENSE RELATES TO PAYMENTS FOR CURRENT RETIREES' POST-RETIREMENT BENEFITS. THE PLAN TERMINATED EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2020 AND ALL ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED FROM THE TRUST AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021.
