ARTISTS PAY AN ENTRY FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHOW, AND FEES ARE PAID FOR JUDGING THE ARTWORK. THE PROGRAM SERVED 100-125 ARTISTS WITH PUBLIC ATTENDANCE FROM MANY SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
