ROCKET GRANTS PROGRAM: TO PROVIDE GRANTS SUPPORTING INNOVATIVE, EXPERIMENTAL,ARTIST-DRIVEN PROJECTS THAT ARE DEVELOPED OUTSIDE TRADITIONAL ARTS VENUES AND OCCUR WITHIN AN 80-MILE RADIUS OF KANSAS CITY.
