COMMUNITY INTEGRATED LIVING ARRANGEMENT (CILA): GROUP HOMES FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES WHO ARE UNABLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY BUT ARE ABLE TO LIVE IN A COMMUNITY SETTING.
