Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
WE FOCUS ON UNDERSTANDING THE BUSINESS MODEL OF A SEX TRAFFICKING ORGANIZATION IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY WAYS TO INCREASE RISK AND DECREASE REVENUE. WE BELIEVE THAT TRAFFICKING THRIVES BECAUSE IT MAKES MONEY. USING INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUES, WE UNCOVER HOW TRAFFICKING BUSINESSES ARE ORGANIZED, STRUCTURED, HOW THEY MAKE MONEY AND HOW THEY MANAGE RISK. WE THEN TEST AND DEPLOY DISRUPTION STRATEGIES, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND NON-PROFIT PARTNERS, DESIGNED TO DISRUPT THE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES THAT ENABLE TRAFFICKING, DECREASE PROFITABILITY, AND ULTIMATELY TO DISINCENTIVIZE THIS FORM OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
