PARENT-TEACHER ORGANIZATOIN WHOSE MISSION IS TO STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HOME AND SCHOOL TO MINIMIZE THE EDUCATION OF EVERY CHILD.

COMMUNITY EXPENSES INCLUDE DIFFERENT SEGMENTS OF THE COMMUNITY INCLUDING RECOGNIZING AND AIDING LOCAL VETERANS FIRST RESPONDORS WITH LUNCHES. IN ADDITION, ACTIVITIES THAT BETTER OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY WERE SUPPORTED SUCH AS WALK TO SCHOOL DAY, WHICH ENCOURAGES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, AND RED RIBBON WEEK, PROMOTING DRUG FREE LIVING.
ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES TOOK PLACE IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDENTS TO EXCEL ACADEMICALLY ON STATE TESTING AS WELL AS IN THEIR DAILY STUDIES. ALSO, OFF-SITE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES ARE OFFERED THROUGH GRADE LEVEL FIELD TRIPS. INCENTIVES ARE OFFERED FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR, GOOD GRADES, POSITIVE IMPROVEMENT AND MERIT ACHIEVEMENTS. FINALLY, SUPPORT IS OFFERED TO THE SCHOOLS MORNING PROGRAM TO STUDENTS NEEDING EXTRA STUDY TIME.
SPECIAL EVENTS IN OUR BUILDING ARE RECOGNIZED TO BOTH THE STUDENT BODY AND TEACHERS AND STAFF WITH BIRTHDAY NOTES, BALLOONS AND GIFTS. IN ADDITION, SUPPORT IS GIVEN TO A WEEK LONG TEACHER APPRECIATION EVENT. VOLUNTEERS ARE ALSO RECOGNIZED WITH SMALL NOTES AND TOKENS OF APPRECIATION.
