THE AGENCY PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING FOR HOMEOWNERS EXPERIENCING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO COVID-19. APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED BASED ON PROGRAM GUIDELINES. GRANT FUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS AND PAID DIRECTLY TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY TO BRING MORTGAGE, PROPERTY TAXES AND UTILITIES CURRENT.
THE AGENCY PROVIDES CREDIT COUNSELING TO HELP CLIENTS UNDERSTAND CREDIT AND MONEY MANAGEMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE EDUCATION AND GUIDANCE TO ACHIEVE FINANCIAL GOALS. DEBT MANAGEMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED TO CLIENTS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE AND ELECT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN UNSECURED DEBT REPAYMENT.
