RELATIONS IN THE INDUSTRY. TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR JOURNEYMEN AND APPRENTICES. TO ENCOURAGE MAINTENANCE OF THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE INDUSTRY. TO ESTABLISH A PROGRAM TO ACTIVELY PROMOTE THE UNION CARPENTRY INDUSTRY.
