THIS PROGRAM CURRENTLY UTILIZES $1,700,840 IN ASSETS WHICH ARE UTILIZED AND REPAID TO SEWARD COUNTY HOUSING CORPORATION AND REUSED TO ASSIST OTHER INDIVIDUALS.
TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROMOTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RENTAL UNITS OCCUPIED BY LOW/MODERATE INCOME PERSONS/FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM CURRENTLY IS REALIZED THROUGH FUNDING AND OTHER ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO A LOW INCOME HOUSING PARTNERSHIP ALONG WITH AN ADDITIONAL PROJECT IN THE SEWARD AREA.
