THE REALTORS LAND INSTITUTE IS DEDICATED TO CONTINUAL ENHANCEMENT OF ITS EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES INCLUDING ITS LAND UNIVERSITY CURRICULUM AND NATIONAL LAND CONFERENCE, ALL OF WHICH FALL UNDER THE ORGANIZATION'S "LANDU" BANNER. THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION THROUGH AN 11-COURSE CORE CURRICULUM, ON TOPICS SUCH AS LAND 101, LAND INVESTMENT ANALYSIS, AND TAX IMPLICATIONS FOR REAL ESTATE. THESE EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE BEST IN CLASS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION FOR LAND SPECIALISTS. IN 2021, THE CONFERENCE WAS HELD VIRTUALLY BUT NO OTHER MAJOR CHANGES WERE MADE TO CURRICULUM.
THE REALTORS LAND INSTITUTE UTILIZES ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATIONS, PROMOTE EFFICIENCIES, AND EXPAND ITS REACH. THROUGH ITS WEBSITE, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS ITS MEMBERS INDIVIDUAL MEMBER PROFILES WHICH HIGHLIGHT THEIR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE.
