DISTRIBUTIONS TO QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS - THESE DONATIONS ARE USED BY THE RECEIVING ORGANIZATIONS TO FURTHER THEIR EXEMPT PURPOSE. DISTRIBUTIONS SHALL BE DISBURSED ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS OR LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE GIFT OR IN THE WILL OF THE TESTATOR. THESE PURPOSES ARE DEFINED IN REG. 1.501(C)(3) - 1(D).
