THE UPPER MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS CONCLAVE (CONCLAVE) ANNUALLY PROVIDES THE OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEES OF FEDERALLY LICENSED RADIO BROADCASTING STATIONS AND COMPANIES SERVICES OF EDUCATIONAL MERIT, ULTIMATELY BENEFITTING THE PUBLIC INTEREST THOSE ENTITIES ARE LICENSED TO SERVE THROUGH IMPROVED ON AND OFF-AIR PROGRAMMING REACH AND FREQUENCY. IT'S MISSION: THROUGH EDUCATION, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF BROADCASTING. IT MAINTAINS A WEBSITE (HTTP:WWW.THECONCLAVE.COM) UPDATING ALL WHO VISIT ON DETAILS REGARDING THE VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF THE CONCLAVE, ESPECIALLY ITS SUMMER CONFERENCE.
