THE ORGANIZATION IS CHARGED WITH REPRESENTING THE CABLE INDUSTRY IN LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES, HEARINGS AND PROCEEDINGS BEFORE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL BODIES, PUBLIC POLICY FORUMS AND INFORMATION PROCEEDINGS SUCH AS THE MINNESOTA GOVERNOR'S TASK FORCE ON BORDER TO BORDER BROADBAND, THE OFFICE OF BROADBAND DEVELOPMENT, AND THE MINNESOTA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.
